A Coffee Date With My Ex-Girlfriend: Reconnecting After 9 Years

There's something special about reconnecting with an old flame. When I received a message from my ex-girlfriend, inviting me out for coffee to catch up, I felt a mix of emotions. I was both excited and nervous to see her again. As soon as I saw her, I knew that I had made the right decision to reach out. Despite the years that had passed, it was as if no time had gone by at all. We hugged each other and sat down at a cozy table near the window.

The first thing I noticed was how much she had changed. Her hair was shorter, and her smile was more radiant than ever before. We spent a few minutes catching up on the basics, like where we were living and what we were doing for work, but then we quickly dove into deeper topics. We talked about our families, our hopes and dreams, and what we had learned over the past decade. It was as if we were picking up right where we had left off all those years ago.

As we sipped our coffee, I couldn't help but feel grateful for this moment. I realized that it's not often that we get the chance to reconnect with someone from our past in such a meaningful way. The conversation flowed easily, and we laughed and reminisced about old times. We even brought up some of the silly inside jokes we used to share, and it felt like no time had passed at all.

But as much as I enjoyed catching up with her, there was a sense of bittersweetness to it all. We both knew that we were different people than we were when we were together, and we both had moved on with our lives. As we said our goodbyes, I realized that even though our romantic relationship had ended, we still had a deep connection and a shared history that would always be a part of us.

In the end, our coffee date was a reminder of the power of human connection. No matter how much time has passed, the people we love will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Write to Xpress

An open reply to the one who asks me the question, why you write all these?

I only write when something come around me and affect my emotions that
I can’t do anything until I’ve articulated them. Am I allowed to write about anyone/anything? No one has written about me so I don’t know what that feeling is - the feeling of seeing your character being picked apart and observed by someone else. But there have been times when I’ve written things about them and it has affected small parts of how we interact. I remember writing an email to my frnds (who are followers of this blog anyway) which I thought was really from the heart. I received a beautiful reply but is it OK if I share those feelings with the entire internet? No, I am not projecting views of society towards me I jst drop lines for my feelings….

I’d like to believe that the people who really care about me will continue to treat me the same way regardless because they know that the need to express myself is something I can’t fight. It’s a trade-off: do you release something into the public domain that could benefit many, at the risk of isolating a few? Maybe this inertia is what holds most people back from expressing themselves artistically.

I am here because some part of me wants to compete with them. I didn't come alone though. I'm here with friends and acquaintances.

Crazy Conversation

Beep.... Beep....... message tone is continuously disturbing my sleep early in the morning. Someone is trying much to get a reply from me, but I am not a satiation to reply for those messages. But it is beeping it is not going to stop until I reply for message. !!Shocked!! I got a message from girl, I never used to send SMS, and actually I am not good at texting over mobile keypad bcoz I fell little space over those 9 keys so when I got a message I used to call them back.

Wake up! Sravan it is already 7am ”, I was in confusion that why she messaged me early in the morning and that to in this way, I thought it would be wrong message. Later, I got other from same girl “No rply…. Y so meeru antha busy haaa?” but this time I cared it and went through sent items there I found the reason behind those messages. Someone send messages to her form my phone not knowing to me, first I thought it is one but after scrolling down in sent items I realized it is two. Two girls received messages frm me but it was not me.

Next minute I started searching for Mr Unknown, at last I founded him and it was none other than my roommates. I asked them how it happened they said that they send “good eveng” to all girls in your phone while I am busy in watching Panjaa audio launch. And got replies saying gud eveng in back, two frm girls and it is how we continued to chat. And there are trying to say it is not their fault bocz the gls know that it is not Sravan whom they are chatting for couple of hours even though they continued with it, so we too taken a step to continue the chat. They njyed our chat and we njyed their chat and we had a crazy conversation…… What Sravan why are u over reacting for such a small issue, and more over you are getting Crazy lover boy image over girls. I am blank….I have no Idea what to do after hearing.

I checked each and every line of chat. They tried to convey that I have feeling for her, but actually not. All lines are over rated what a girl think about a boy when she receive “U r my loved one dear if U don’t believe how other can believe me”, after this I warned them not to send message from my mobile unless my permission.

How can I face her in our next meeting and I have no idea how this crazy conversations takes in future. I can’t say her that it is not me bcoz it is my frnd who made it.
No such thing repeated again for 2 years but now again they got my phone and they send message to my cls mate___________________________________.

What I have learnt from University

I've just done some reflection as to what university has really taught me. Have I become better at maths? Not really. Am I better at drawing up financial documents?  Then I realised that leaving home and going to university is as much about learning about yourself as it is about learning the subjects you're being taught. So what have I learnt about myself?

I have seen in movies and heard from people; university is all about ragging, alcohol, fraandship, bunking to cls, labs but mostly about the first two. I came here and realised how little I care about either. The government has vilified ragging but in our clg it is not, and coming to alcohol it take whole session to write about. I was not going out of my way to find either - and I was content. I imagined my mums face if I caught by police for ragging my juniors or something. That kept me on a steady keel. The image of my mums face. Gosh, I really am a kid

I am the most pragmatic person. I know I am so proud for what I am. I love telling people about the lovely things back home. I love how different everyone is here; I was never a reader I read roughly 5-6 novels. I realised how average I am at studies. Anyone who's been on this blog for more than a few seconds will know what I am. I was one of the better among the group of boys..

On a somewhat similar point, I found out that I'm happier spending an evening alone at home, with good internet speeds. Facebook, chatting with frnds, hangouts on g+ …. You don't appreciate people till you leave them. I only really understood how cool my parents were once I left home. They
do stuff on time, they plan things out, they know how to handle people and navigate situations....I have some way to go. When you go to a new place you realise the value of home and people who will be there no matter what. It's that unconditional love I crave.

I guess above all, university teaches you what life alone is like.
  • How to do laundry?
  • How to wash dishes?
  • How to 'cook'?
  • How to be friends strangers?
  • How to plan one's day and more importantly, one's work?
How to spend wisely and how to save bugs wisely - and how to face the consequences of not doing both. It's about creating a second home, somewhere else. I seemed to have made good ground in learning all those things.

And the other thing I learned is Photoshop from my friend Santosh, English words from Jashwanth, framing sentences with those words from Pradeep, Math from Sashi, How to ppr for xams from Swaroop, laughing big for a small issue from Phani and thing from many other….

How well I've learnt the things? I was supposed to learn much more. What my next few months of college will be like, I don't know. All I do know is that I can't wait to get out into the REAL world and start working and buying a motorcycle and all the other challenges that come with the next step of the way.

How & Wht to do in Clg

Welcome to clg. Welcome to one of the most important chapters in our lives. Ppl tell us dat clg iz the greatest thing that ever happened to them. New friends, first BF/GF, newly-found independence and dat feeling of starting a new life, a new beginning. And some tell us dat it iz the most miserable part of their lives. I am about to complete graduate at clg and it has been one heck of a ride. And there were four things I earned to a very happy and memorable clg life.

 B Urself
Ppl are unique. We all hve something dat iz all our own. Whether we are singers, dancers, nerds, jocks or even leader, we are who we are.We must not be PRETENTIOUS, and it would do no gud if we pretend to be someone we are not. Actually, it will be dng more harm than good.Wouldn’t it be bad if people knew that we were lying, lying about our so-called relationships, lying about how we diet, Lying about how rich our parents are. Lies, lies, lies. In the end ppl would be avoiding us. That’s a bad thing right?Too many ppl undervalue wht they are,and overvalue wht they're not

B d bst u can b, don’t b afraid
We must all be content with who we are. If you’re a nerd? Then be the bst. If you’re a bookworm? Be the best one. Write a blog and show people your abilities. To be honest, I am a nerd. I showed my best, then I found myslf being respected, I found myslf appreciated. And guess what? I’m still a nerd. Who knew being a nerd could turn out to be a gud thing. Stand up for urslf; don’t be afraid to be who you are. Ppl will accept you. Ppl will like you. That I am sure.

Frnds
Undoubtedly, if we are not afraid to be who we are, then ppl will like us for dat. Clg iz more than burn the midnight oil for exams, bunking to class, and definitely more than jst getting marks. Clg is doing all of those things not by yourself but with FRIENDS. Through gud moments and through bad ones too! Friends make clg life more njyable. They make each boring moment more exciting. They make us luk forward gng to clg as we wake up each morning.

Njy clg, Njy learning

Students nowadays are lazy. Me too! =) Academics can be so boring. Admit it, its true. C language, wouldn’t  I rather sleep than to know what happened to the Pointers .And don’t get me started about Digital Electronics, blah blah blah of Flip-fops, Micro processing  blah blah. I know its hard. But rather than cursing I take them as challenge. Why not find a reason to enjoy them. I am not jst learning but also I am enjoying, and socializing. And clg isn’t always about a 9am-4pm job. Attend Technical Feasts, They are also places we can meet new ppl. Sometimes the clg has a trip. Things like these are grt times to bond with close classmates and make new memories, memories dat will be synonymous with clg.

Break……and be proud……..!

This post is the one I came across my life….Some sounds good for wht ve do, other some will critics. Breaking means something which is awful, bizarre, crossing rules…
One fine Sunday I went to Big cinemas with frnds to watch film while I am crossing the road I seen the red light I stopped for a while but the person who iz beside me iz trying to cross the road with hurry he is not illiterate, well-educated wearing formal shirt with a neat in-shirt and I said wait till the light turns green he laughed at me with an intention that I am kid and not even has dare to cross the road. He crossed the road and turned back with a smile…
I went LIC office to pay the premium amount of the policy, der was a big Q of around 20 members standing in a row I too joined the line. Then there entered a man with long mustache and bold headed with an age 40+. I observed him the he is not following the Q he is walking straight to counter people standing in the line seen him and forbidden him, advised him to join the Q but he didn't lesson to any one and he is into the middle of the line but sometime something will happen that are very funny when his turn came servers are disconnected due to some technical problems he waited fve mins and left the counter, the moment he lft d counter the servers r connected…
I the prev post(Friends Feelings and Forgiving) I mentioned dat I got a proposal frm a grl and I rejected. When I said this to my frnds all of dem asked how iz she how she luks like. Aft all dis stuff dey came with some more questions y did u rejected her I said I am not interested in all dis issues, bfr I completed my sentence one amg my frnd said dat “Now-a-days girl frnd a status symbol raa.. idiot” . To him getting into relation is a status symbol what a kind of sick person he is..?
Many of them are breaking the rules and feeling proud that they got a world cup. Their self-thinking is that they are heroes actually they are zeros with no common sense and no valued ethics……
